President and General Manager - John Baker
Mr. Baker has
worked in the field of engineering for over 25 yrs. He has had more than
15 yrs experience in the design and manufacture of marine systems including;
sidescan sonar & subbottom profiling systems, acoustic communication &
relocation products, and precision oceanographic sensors. Mr. Baker has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the
University of New Hampshire.

Vice President of Engineering - Frederick
Hegg
Mr. Hegg has over 25 years experience in the
ocean industry. Fred has been involved in the development of a wide range of
products from acoustic positioning and release systems to 6000m rated deep
towed sonar systems. His most recent projects have been related to developments
in high resolution swath bathymetry systems for shallow water applications, as
well as diver navigation systems and deep-water dynamic positioning
beacons. Mr. Hegg's experience also includes
11 years of service in the U.S. military as a Staff Non Commissioned Officer
with the United States Marine Corps and Reserve.

Vice President of Sales and Marketing - Carl Mancuso
Mr. Mancuso has over 30 years of
experience in sales, marketing, applications engineering, and electronics
design/development. He started his career designing electronics for submarine
sonar systems, sonobuoys, and towed buoy
antenna simulators. Carl has also held positions in the semiconductor, consumer electronics, simulation
software, advanced learning technologies, and media industries. Mr. Mancuso
holds a BS degree in electrical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic
Institute and a Masters in Business Administration from Clark University.
